1Acceptance of Terms

2.4 One Account Policy

Where multiple accounts are detected, ggb99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3Account Management

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ggb99 may require you to complete an identity verification process at any time. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to deposit funds. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Currency

All ggb99 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, wager amounts, and account balances are displayed and processed in BDT. ggb99 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and promotional credits offered by ggb99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. Where no specific terms are published for a promotion, these general bonus terms apply by default.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and associated winnings remain non-withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date or time limit within which wagering requirements must be completed. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings that have not met the wagering threshold will be removed from the account without notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager. ggb99 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events — are offered at the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed and accepted by the platform. ggb99 reserves the right to void bets where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play to determine a result; (b) the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; (c) the result is determined by a governing body to be irregular. 6.3 System Errors

In the event of a system malfunction, game error, connectivity failure, or software defect that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ggb99 reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a software error or technical fault will not be paid and are not considered valid.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggb99 platform:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain

12Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may request the closure of your ggb99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to processing a closure request, any pending withdrawal will be completed subject to standard verification requirements. Outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be resolved before the account is closed.

12.2 Termination by ggb99

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, any bonus balances not yet converted to withdrawable cash will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13Disputes & Complaints

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable offshore jurisdiction.

Players in Bangladesh are responsible for satisfying themselves that their use of the ggb99 platform does not violate any applicable local law or regulation. ggb99 is not responsible for advising players on the legality of online gambling in their specific location.

15Amendments to These Terms

ggb99 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the ggb99 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments.
